• Full payment is required before processing any order.

• In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently offer shipping to “U.S. Only”.

• Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Shipping estimates vary based on location and selected shipping method.

• Kreamy Hair Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.

• Refunds are only issued if there is a verified defect or mistake on our end.

Shipping Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:

• The product must be in its original condition—unused, unaltered, and with the tags and packaging intact.

• Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Process:

2. Ship the product back to us at your own expense. A return address will be provided once your exchange is approved.

3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products that have been used, installed, dyed, bleached, or altered in any way cannot be exchanged.

• Sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Order Issues

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly correct the issue at no additional cost.
