4. Shipping and Delivery

4.2. Shipping Times: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control.

4.3. Incorrect Addresses: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Kreamy Hair Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
