Return & Exchange Policy

 


Your satisfaction is our top priority! To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide exchanges under the following conditions:


Exchange Policy

• Eligibility for Exchange:

• The product must be in its original condition—unused, unaltered, and with the tags and packaging intact.

• Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Exchange Process:

1. Email our support team at KreamyHair.Co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

2. Ship the product back to us at your own expense. A return address will be provided once your exchange is approved.

3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange.


Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products that have been used, installed, dyed, bleached, or altered in any way cannot be exchanged.

• Sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange.


Order Issues


If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly correct the issue at no additional cost.


Additional Notes

• All shipping fees, including returns for exchanges, are non-refundable.

• Kreamy Hair Co. reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy guidelines.
